Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all orders, provided items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Register Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Ship Items
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
